On Wednesday, May 6th, Dr. Marie LeJeune will present “Staying Connected: Social Networking and Digital Resources for Creating and Supporting Young(er) Readers.” This session will explore a variety of online resources for keeping current on books for young(er) readers of children’s and young adult literature. Social networking sites, digital apps, and other online resources are actually one of the best ways to keep growing and supporting readers of print books. Classroom teachers, teacher educators, librarians, parents, and anyone who loves literature for young people can benefit from knowing important sites, tools, and resources for staying up-to-date on the best books for children and young adults.
